Homeward Journey Society

The name embodies our mission in helping homeless families on their journey to achieving independence and a stable home. Members of the Homeward Journey Society demonstrate their commitment to helping Wake County’s most vulnerable citizens – homeless families and their children - through multiple-year pledges.

PLM Families Together is a proud partner agency of the Triangle United Way. We are eligible to receive donor choice designations from Workplace Giving Campaigns, Leadership Level gifts, or other United Way pledges.
