- 440 Beltline to Exit 13B (Business 64 East / Knightdale)
- Bear right at end of exit ramp, staying in right hand lane.
- Go through one traffic light, at Trawick Road.
- Immediately turn right at the first street past Trawick, which is Plainview Drive (Super 8 on corner)
- Go one block on Plainview to the T-intersection, and the street ends.
- Turn right onto Hillcrest, go one car length, and then turn left again and you will be back on Plainview (this is a gravel road!)
- Follow the gravel road to the end, past the intersection of Plainview Drive and Polly Street. Turn left into our parking lot.
- You will see an 8-plex apartment building with a playground between two buildings – the office is in the right hand building, Unit #101 (ground floor, door on the left)
Polly Street Apartments:
3800 Polly Street, Raleigh, NC 27610 (link to mapquest)
This building is at the same site as above. The directions are identical. When you come into the parking lot, this is the left hand building.

- 440 Beltline to Capital Blvd. / 401 south toward downtown Raleigh.
- Exit onto Atlantic / Old Louisburg Road (landmarks -- Go through the lights at Hodges and Crabtree, then look for Ample Storage on right and look for the sign to Tillery Place – immediately after Ample Storage – and following the signs to Tillery Place, is the exit for Atlantic/Old Louisburg Road).
- After you have exited off Capital Blvd and onto Old Louisburg
- Turn left at first traffic light onto Wake Forest Road.
- Turn left at traffic light onto Brookside Drive.
- Brookside Apartments are 2 blocks on left.
- Building #1410 is the last building on left.
Alternate Directions for Brookside Location:
- From the I-440 Beltline:
- Exit Wake Forest Road
- Turn toward downtown (inside the Beltline)
- Go to Six Forks Road (Applebee’s Restaurant on the left corner)
- Turn left on Six Forks
- Follow Six Forks to Atlantic Avenue
- Turn right on Atlantic
- Go to the 5th traffic light, which is Brookside Drive (Circus Restaurant on the left corner)
- Turn left on Brookside Drive
- Brookside Apartments are 2 blocks on left.
- Building #1410 is the last building on left.
